When are you available?
I have times available in both daytime and evening hours to fit a variety of schedules. Sessions are available as follows:
Monday         9-5
Tuesday        9-5
Wednesday   12-7
Thursday       12-7
Friday            9-2

Do you accept my insurance?
I do accept insurance, and am considered "In-Network" with lots of insurance companies. If you would like, I'd be happy to contact your insurance company to check on your exact share of the payment. Please contact the office if you'd like your insurance verified.

What if I don't have insurance, or they won't cover it?
I can accept payment by check, cash or by credit card.

How long are the sessions?
Sessions are just under an hour, about 50 minutes long. If your travel needs or other situation would make a longer session better, we can discuss that.

How can I know if this is what I need?
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation, where we can discuss exactly what you are looking for, and I can make recommendations. During this time, we can set up an appointment if you would like.

What will happen at my first appointment?
During the first session, we will spend a few minutes completing paperwork to start. We'll then talk about what you want different for your life, and how you are hoping I can help. You will have time to share some information about yourself and what has been happening in your life. I'll be working to understand you, as a unique person with unique experiences. I'll work to make clear what I have to offer based on the troubles you're facing, and hopefully I'll have time to give you some tips on what you can do on your own to impact your desired change. The first session is often different than others, because I'm working quickly to learn as much about you and your situation as I can. Later sessions tend to be more collaborative, and more focused on what can be done about your unique challenges.
